opportunity to explore Francophone cultures, highlighting this year the traditions and creativity of Canada and France.

Day 1 – Canada (March 19)
To launch Francophonie Week 2026, the Alliance Française de St. Kitts & Nevis invites the public to an evening dedicated to Canada, celebrating its culture through film, food, and language.
From 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, enjoy a rich and engaging program:
- 4:00 PM – 5:20 PM: Screening of Kina et Yuki, a heartwarming film suitable for both young audiences and adults
- 5:30 PM: Canadian snack break featuring a selection of delicious traditional cakes and pies
- 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Screening of Bootlegger, a compelling film intended for adult audiences
This special Canadian evening promises a warm, friendly atmosphere where all generations can come together to discover and celebrate Francophone culture.
Day 2 – France (March 20)
The celebration continues with a day dedicated to France.
During the daytime, the Alliance Française will host a special program for students from partner schools, offering an engaging introduction to French language and culture.
From 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the evening program—open to the public—will include:
- 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Screening of Dilili à Paris, an animated film suitable for both young audiences and adults
- 5:30 PM: French snack break featuring delicious traditional viennoiseries and freshly made crêpes.
- The Défi Inter-Alliances challenge.
This day dedicated to France offers a delightful blend of cinema, gastronomy, and cultural discovery for all ages.
