BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - SKNVIBES PEP is pleased to announce to all of its “Watch Dem Coming” fans that the show is now back for the New Year and the 18th episode will be available this Friday (Jan. 15).
For those who are new to Watch Dem Coming, it is about capturing the different styles, actions, behaviours and personalities of people on Fridays after work in downtown Basseterre. Friday is the last working day of the week for most people and that’s when people free up, lime and get loose, as the hosts of the show try to capture those moments while freaking on themselves and other persons.
Watch Dem Coming was officially launched on Friday, June 12, 2009 and is hosted by Cherisse Sutton-Jeffers and Kesean ‘Hi-Light’ James. The show is shot each Friday after 4:00 p.m and posted on the following Friday.
According to Sutton-Jeffers, the show was put on pause after the 17th episode for about two months due to circumstances beyond the hosts’ control.
Sutton-Jeffers said she and James are more than excited to get the show back on track, adding that they had no idea that it was loved by so many people.
She added that they would like to thank the many people who, during the Carnival season, visited the office to meet and compliment them on the show. She said many people also met them on the streets and asked about the show as well as expressing how much they love it.
They both said that they would like to thank those persons who take time out to view each episode and to encourage others who never seen it to start doing so.
Sutton-Jeffers declared that they are looking forward to bringing more exciting episodes for 2010.
