Basseterre, St. Kitts – July 20, 2026 -- The Institution Based Health Services Division of the Ministry of Health, Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, received a generous donation of sanitation and hygiene equipment from CleanRite, a private cleaning company based in St. Kitts, on Thursday, July 16, 2026.
The donation, presented to the Joseph N. France (JNF) General Hospital, includes a comprehensive supply of modern, sleek, and tamper-proof dispensers and equipment, sufficient to outfit the entire institution:
• 46 toilet paper dispensers
• 100 hand soap / hand sanitizer dispensers
• 15 paper towel dispensers
• 10 C-fold paper towel dispensers
• 1,000 batteries
The two types of dispensers donated — for toilet tissue and for hand soap or hand sanitizer, depending on how each unit is filled and located — are designed with built-in security features that reduce the risk of theft and wastage, while giving sanitation areas across the hospital a clean, modern appearance.
This contribution will support the upgrading of infection control services at JNF General Hospital and strengthen the institution's overall sanitation standards, benefiting patients, visitors, and staff alike.
