Labour Party signs Code of Conduct

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, JANUARY 13TH 2010 (CUOPM) – The St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party (SKNLP) has signed the Code of Conduct submitted by the tripartite coalition comprising the St. Kitts and Nevis Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the St. Kitts Evangelical Association and the St. Kitts Christian Council.
Prime Minister Douglas, in his capacity as the National Political Leader of the SKNLP, signed the necessary documents on Tuesday afternoon, ahead of the January 25th general election.
Witnessing the signing was Bishop Ron Collins of the St. Kitts Evangelical Association.
At a recent press conference on Monday Prime Minister Douglas said the SKNLP had not received the modified document from the Chamber-Church grouping.
