SPBS to Honor Ms. Shermin Stevens with 2026 Distinguished Alumna and Community Service Leadership Award at Dr. Stewart O. Williams Awards Gala

    BRONX, NY — September 5, 2026 — The Sandy Point Benevolent Society (SPBS) will honor Ms. Shermin Stevens as the recipient of the SPBS 2026 Distinguished Alumna and Community Service Leadership Award during the Dr. Stewart O. Williams Awards Gala in New York. The prestigious event will be held on September 5, 2026, at Maestros Catering Hall, Bronx, NY.

     

    Ms. Shermin Stevens is a distinguished educator, academic administrator, and community leader whose career spans more than three decades of dedicated service. Celebrated for her professionalism, integrity, and unwavering commitment to excellence, she has devoted her work to educating students, mentoring colleagues, and strengthening academic institutions.
