4. Subject of Procurement
One (1) round-trip air travel itinerary for one passenger (ECPCGC CEO), departing from St. Kitts (SKB) to Geneva (GVA) via St. Maarten (SXM) and Paris (CDG), and returning by the same routing. Every ticket or ticket component must be refundable and changeable.

All flight times above are local to the respective departure/arrival airports. The specified itinerary is based on the reference quotation; flight availability and final fares must be confirmed when quoting/ticketing.
Airfare Class and Ticket Conditions
• Cabin class preference for each flight segment: Business Class first; if unavailable, Premium Economy Class; if neither is available, Economy Class. State the proposed class for each segment and explain any lower-cabin selection.
• All segments must be booked using refundable fare types. Non-refundable fares are not acceptable. Clearly disclose all cancellation/refund rules, any refund penalties or service charges, and any conditions or deadlines for requesting a refund.
• Tickets must also be changeable; specify change fees, fare differences, and any restrictions. Include two (2) checked bags in the quotation wherever permitted by the operating carrier; identify any segment-specific baggage limitations or extra costs.
• Please quote the specified flight itinerary. Any alternative flight or route must be clearly identified and approved by the procuring entity before purchase.
5. Submission Requirements
The tender submission must include:
• Company profile and contact details.
• Detailed flight itinerary, airline/flight number, travel date, cabin class by segment, and fare rules establishing refundability and changeability.
