Port of Spain, Trinidad, October 16, 2026 – Republic Financial Holdings Limited (RFHL) and Republic Bank Limited (RBL) wish to advise of Executive appointments to both organisations.
Parasram (Vic) Salickram will be appointed as Senior Group Vice President, Republic Financial Holdings Limited and Senior Vice President, Republic Bank Limited. Salickram’s journey with Republic Bank began in 2004, having served the Republic Group for two decades. He has held several key portfolios in the past, including at subsidiaries in the Dominican Republic and Barbados. He has also held the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Vice President, Republic Bank and Group Vice President, Republic Financial Holdings Limited.
David Robinson will be appointed as Group Vice President, Republic Financial Holdings Limited and Vice President, Republic Bank Limited. David joined the organisation in 1996, and since served in several key managerial roles, including General Manager, Republic Wealth Management Limited, General Manager, Treasury, Acting Managing Director, Republic Bank (Suriname) N.V. and Acting Managing Director of Republic Bank (Guyana).
Subject to regulatory approvals, both appointments will take effect on January 1, 2027.
