BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - THINK you have what it takes to make some money or win attractive prizes off of your voice? Then prove it by being a part of the first ever Karaoke Idol, slated to premiere on Friday March 5.
The event is being organised by Sen Consulting established by Noah Mills and runs for two weeks at four different venues in Nevis.
According to Mills, Pinney’s Beach Hotel will be the first venue followed by Rumors, Legends and ending at Dicks Bar, all beginning from 8:00 p.m. Thirty singers are expected to kick things off in the first round with four performances then an elimination of half will be done.
Mills explained that the other 15 singers would then move on to the next round with three persons being eliminated at each round taking it down to three finalists.
He told SKNVibes that over $10 000 in cash and prizes will be given out to those who participate in the event. The winner will receive a purse of US$1 000 while the First and Second Runners-up will receive US650 and US$350, respectively.
