BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS 1 March 2010 - The 14 winners in LIME’s recent Beyonce text promotion and their guests had the time their lives on their lavish, unforgettable trip to Trinidad to see the multi-platinum selling, multi-Grammy award winning diva live in concert.
The telecoms giant flew the winning customers, and their special guests, to the twin island republic to see Beyonce on the final stop of her “I Am” tour.
LIME pulled out all the stops to treat its customers to a full VIP experience which included round trip airfare to Trinidad, VIP tickets to the concert and transportation to and from the event venue and the airport.
By all accounts the reigning pop princess was at the top of her game -- partying with the thousands of fans who turned out to see her, and putting on a sensational show.
LIME’s Chief Marketing Officer, Chris Dehring said: “We are thrilled that we were able to give our customers this once-in-a-lifetime experience and we are happy that all aspects of the trip lived up to their expectations.”

LIME gave all its customers across the region a chance to see Beyonce live through a “text to win” competition. The promotion followed on the heels of LIME’s massive Christmas campaign which saw tens of thousands of customers throughout the Caribbean winning prizes, receiving free gifts and getting big discounts on products and services purchased in December.
