BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – C-MONEY, born Collin Wyatt in Sandy Point, is on the verge of releasing his second music video.
The video for his newly self-written ‘SK Sweet’ will be released tomorrow (Mar. 3) on SKNVibes PEP TV, Channel 24, with host Leslie ‘Sugar Bowl’ Morton.
SK Sweet was originally released late last year and has since become a household song. The video done by MKJ was shot at various locations throughout St. Kitts and, according to C-Money, he wants people to get the real down to earth look into the lives of people in St. Kitts.
He said it is a family song and it speaks to what St. Kitts is all about as well as its inhabitants. Some of the scenes include well-known sites such as Brimstone Hill, Port Zante, Black Rocks and Frigate Bay.
C-Money has performed SK Sweet at a number of shows, with the first being an Independence concert which he felt was the ideal time to hit fans with his catchy lyrics, which states:
“Catch me chilling out in SK, where the best be, done known say we stress free, being greeted by the Kittitian smile, makes me proud to be a Kittitian child.”
“This song has international appeal and I am trying to get it out there as much as possible and have the video seen, not just locally but hopefully on the regional and international scenes,” said C-Money.
Being the patriotic person that he is, this has not been the first time C-Money has shown love for his country. He has a previous song titled ‘Salute St. Kitts’ and he is also featured on a track with another local artiste by the name of Rico. That track is called ‘SK Love’.
Since his entry into the entertainment industry, C-Money has been one of the most talked about local artiste and has received excellent reviews on his music.
Meanwhile, the artiste said that he is focused and would continue to make positive music for his fans to enjoy.
He concluded by giving SKNVibes PEP an insight to his next project, which will be his third video release for ‘Phone Call To Heaven’. It is a song that he penned and dedicated to his deceased mother, along with a new track titled ‘True Love’ which speaks for the ladies.
