Basseterre, St. Kitts - On March 9th of 2010, Courts St. Kitts & Nevis, Bay Rd one of the largest names in furniture retail, has made a contribution to the Deane Glasford Primary School of one Portable Sony DVD Player.
This donation will be going towards a raffle to raise money to enhance the aesthetic beauty of the school. Ms. Jean Nisbett Boddie a teacher of Deane Glasford Primary School who presently completing her studies in Education Administration to receive a Bachelor’s Degree at the University of the West Indies is currently conducting this project. Courts were happy enough to contribute to this task, which will help in beautifying the ground of the school.
Ms. Boddie’s self-help project, includes paving of the school driveway, while place a small round-about in the centre of the school ground. Also this task includes planting of tree, repainting of school signs and posting of benches as to uplift the school’s environment. This project is said to be finished by May 2010. Ms. Boddie was well please with the Courts and their contribution towards this project.
