Sparkling Entertainment goes hard on new track - ‘Catch Me If You Can’

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – THE rappers of Sparkling Entertainment Music Group have created a hit song for the High Voltage Track Club titled ‘Catch Me If You Can’.

SMI, VP and ITYC are all featured on the three-versed song which was produced by Jeff B and Chavez of Track Starz Music.
The hook in the song says, “Catch me if you can, you too slow for me, catch me if you can, you too slow for me, I stay running, I stay gunning…”

The song shows the rappers’ versatility and creativity in music to suit any situation.
ITYC, whose real name is Talvert Clarke, said the idea for making the song originated from his former coach, a top track coach on the island.

“The coach, Mr. Blyden Brudy, came to me as I’m a past athlete and asked for us to put something together for the track club and athletes on a whole, so we decided to put it together.

“I came up with the concept ‘catch me if you can’, because when you’re in front in a race that’s what you will wanna say to those behind you,” he said.

The song is expected to be featured this weekend at the Inter-school Championship at the Silver Jubilee Stadium at Bird Rock. “We gonna do a video for it as well,” ITYC said. “We gonna start shooting from this weekend at the inter-school competitions.”
