Black Ryno replaces Serani for Green Valley International Night

By: Cherisse M. Sutton-Jeffers, SKNVibes.com

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – WEDNESDAY (Apr. 14) SKNVibes PEP publicised a story headlined “Green Valley Festival around the corner; Serani for International Night”. There has however been a change and the International Night will now see Jamaican artiste Black Ryno instead of Serani.

Speaking with Vernon Benjamin, Chairman of the Festival, he told SKNVibes PEP that Black Ryno was their first choice but there was some misunderstanding with his manger. Consequently, they contacted Serani’s manager and are proceeding with a contract.

He however declared that the committee got word on Wednesday night that Black Ryno had been confirmed. Since then, a deposit was set to secure the artiste for May 23.

Black Ryno was brought on the music scene by his mentor now turn enemy Vybz Kartel. He recently left the Portmore Empire, a move which evolved into several controversies.

He is known for hits such as ‘Money Haffi Mek’, ‘Thug Anthem’, ‘Bike Back’, ‘Ball Out’ and his Latest single ‘Me Lef’, which speaks about him leaving Vybz Kartel and his crew.
