KINGSTON, Jamaica - JAMAICAN artiste Busy Signal, known for his famous catch phrase ‘Hot Head’, is being taken up with more than just music as he recently launched a T-shirt line called ‘Turf Gear’.

Busy Signal’s Turf Gear is authentic Jamaican street gear with world class style. The brand embodies Jamaica attitude, creativity and confidence with an international twist, delivering a fresh spin on urban apparel, according to the Busy Signal Turf Gear Facebook fan page.

According to 876Radio, Busy Signal saw it necessary to diversify himself in the music industry by launching his own T-shirt merchandise and capitalising on every aspect of his brand.

The media outlet added that the popular artiste is looking to take the brand to another level with the release of his summer collection, which he said would win the hearts of even the non-Busy Signal fans.

Busy Signal, born Reanno Gordon, is known as one of the artistes leading the dancehall movement.

He is known for his many hits including ‘One More Night’, ‘Nah Go Ah Jail Again’, ‘Tic Toc’, ‘Wine Pon De Edge’, ‘Unknown Number’ and his very first single ‘Step Out’, which was one of the most popular dancehall songs in 2005.

Busy Signal is also known as one of the most prominent artistes in the Alliance camp. He recently performed in St. Kitts at the Miss Labour Pageant held on May 1 and also earlier in January.
