London, Paris designers for Jamaica’s Style Week Fashion

    KINGSTON, Jamaica – THE hottest designers from around the world will journey to Jamaica from May 27-30 for Style Week hosted by Saints International.

     

    Saints International is an agency based in Jamaica, and over the past four years the event has said to evolve into one of the Caribbean’s most prestigious fashion events.

     

    Because of its unparalleled commitment to the development of the local fashion industry and its players-fashion, accessories designers, photographers, hairstylists and fashion stylists, it is considered as the most important fashion platform for new and established creative talent.

     

    This year will include the designs from Sosheba Griffiths of Givenchy Exclusive in Paris, Chantel Lee of Paul Costelloe in London, Rachelle Osbourne of Project Runway New York, Shena Moulton of Calvin Klein New York and Sasha Marie of Yves St. Laurent in Paris.

     

    Recently, entertainer Peter Lloyd now reaping international success with his musical endeavours, was added to the event.
    He will lend his runway expertise to CEO Dwight Peters ahead of the 2010 staging of Fashion Block, as Lloyd was selected as one of the specially invited celebrity guest models for the event.

     

    This year the organisers are hoping to make Kingston/Jamaica the epicenter of international glamour with the staging of the Caribbean's biggest Fashion showcase –Style Week.
