I-20s will be delivered in person at the mandatory orientation meeting on July 4th at 4:00 pm. All prospective students are encouraged to make an appointment at the embassy in Barbados in the month of July. Schedule your appointment for any day after the orientation meeting, and be sure that your passport is valid for at least two more years. In addition to the US$100 visa application fee, prospective students must also pay a US$100 SEVIS fee online before going to Barbados.
Housing arrangements will be discussed during the orientation meeting. All students must bring $400 US to the orientation meeting to secure your housing and amenities. In that regard, seek advice from current MSU students, if possible, about your best housing options.
Arrival date at the university will be August 7-10. All students in the Caribbean Program MUST report during that timeframe. You will be advised on travel issues during the orientation meeting.
