BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - THE ‘Beautiful Girls’ singer, Sean Kingston, has somehow got his name mixed up in a sexual scandal but the police are doubtful about the virtual complainant’s accusation.
According to Yardflex.com, the media outlet that reported a story carried by TMZ, Kingston is being accused of sexual assault following an alleged incident that took place at a hotel in Seattle on Sunday, July 11, 2010.
The media house further stated that according to a source, two women attended a party in one of the rooms of a Crowne Plaza Hotel where Kingston was present and they both were intoxicated on arrival, toting bottles of vodka and beer.
One of the women claims that Kingston had sex with her then reportedly left the party and went to another room on the same floor.Sources say the woman then proceeded to have sex with two other men in that room. The second woman also had sex with someone in the room. An ambulance was called, which transported both women to a hospital where rape tests were conducted. They are said to be 19 and 20 years old.
Police have determined that the case is not credible and said an interview with the singer is unnecessary.
Sean Kingston was discovered through MySpace by Tommy Rotem and came on the music scene in 2007 with his first big hit ‘Beautiful Girls’.
He has so far had two albums - ‘Sean Kingston’ and ‘Tomorrow’ - and is currently working on a third which will see the lead single featuring rapper Lil Wayne.
