BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – IT is all about rocking your ‘tights’ for Triple S ‘Sweet Sister Sensia’s Birthday Bash 2k10’ to be held tomorrow night (Jul. 24) at the newly-improved Club NV.
Although the lone local female DJ and radio personality is being secretive about her age, she celebrated her birthday yesterday, July 22 and this will be her fifth birthday bash.
In 2009, her bash was one of the biggest and well-attended for the year and, according to Sister Sensia, she is hoping for it to be even bigger and better tomorrow night.
DJ Yardy, Guinness Evolution and TNO Sounds, as well as the hostess, will provide musical entertainment for the night along with the Nu Vybes Band International to ‘Rock IT Up’.
A dinner at Fisherman's Wharf will be up for grabs for the female in the sexiest tights, while the female in the shortest tights can win herself a gift from Plush, as tights is the dress code theme for the females.
According to Triple S, she had decided on the ‘Tights’ theme because “I thought about the ladies and what makes a woman feel comfortable, and I realised when I feel most comfortable and sexy is when I am wearing a sexy tights. So, I figured why not be creative with it, make it a rock your tights party and let the ladies be creative with their tights”.
Laughingly, she added that a man loves to see women looking sexy; so although tights are for ladies this should bring out the men as well.
One lucky person can also win a Blackbery Phone, compliments of LIME, as each ticket holder will be given a stub with a number upon entry.
So ladies, as Triple S says, “Rock those tights, whether it’s a long tights, short tights or nice tights, just make sure it’s your tights.”
