CHARLESTOWN, Nevis, July 27, 2010 - Two of the teams that will participate in two Ten/10 matches after the ceremony to rename Grove Park on Wednesday 28th July, have been released.

The Nevis Cricket Association yesterday released its senior male squad that will engage a St.Kitts line up and also released a combined female team that will play in the first match of the evening.

Previously, a Nevis Female team was expected to engage their Kittitian counterparts but the ladies from SKB have declined the offer, citing insufficient practice.

It has been finalized that the only unbeaten team in the league so far, in Highlights Int, will now engage a ‘best of the rest’ combined team, comprising of players from the other teams in the league.

The Combined Female squad reads: Nevilla Daniel—capt.; Judy Morton vice capt, Charmaine Walters; Camella Lawrence; Junella Burke; Giselle Skeete; Rozel Liburd; Catherine Joseph;  Blondina Griffin; Chaliese Browne;  Tasha Parris; Jasmine Herbert; Tessie Phillip and Rosie Dunrod. Coach—Patrick Newton

The Nevis male team reads: Trevier Smithen-capt; Ian Byron-Vice capt; Akito Willet; Joseph  Williams; Jamoy Pemberton; Nelson Boland; Kejel Tyson; Carlos Adolphus; Boye; Carlon Smithen; Duan Phillip; Andre Browne; Joel Simmonds; Jurnel Turner; Daynason Browne and Nigel Browne.
