BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - AS women we tend to become peevish at certain things that some members of the opposite sex do that cause us to go ‘Grrrrr’.
SKNVibes, being the media house that it is and always wanting to bring the public more than just hard news and entertainment, asked 10 women to share something that grinds their gears about the opposite sex.
Topping the list was Michelle, who said, “When a man thinks he is the ‘it’; God’s gift to women and any girl he wants he can get. And when he thinks he can speak to a lady anyhow he feels like and she will still stick around for his crap.”
Cinnamon said, “I can't stand a man with a big ego, who feels that he knows everything and is the best in anything he does.” “Big turn off,” she added.
Another young lady name Tammy said, “The one thing that grinds my gears is a man that lacks respect.”
“What grinds my gears are men that are bold enough to have two and three women and rotate them every week,” said an aggravated Keneisha.
Karissa, on the other hand, kept it short and said, “His insecurity.”
“It really grinds my gears when a man rates all women as being the same,” said a 26-year-old female who prefers to remain nameless.
“I hate, and when I say hate I mean it totally upsets me when a man loves to chat. I mean we all know women are the ones classed as the chatty type, but there are some men who are just as bad. I hate that!” said a really annoyed Tamika.
Cindy said, “I can’t stand men who like too much attention, the kind that likes to be seen and heard for no reason at all. That grinds my gears.”
“Lies! Straight up…I hate a man who lies constantly…that grinds my gears to the fullest,” said Kedah.
And finally was Cassy, who said what grinds her gears is a man with an obnoxious personality.
