·         Travis Rawlins of St. Pauls Village who was charged with the offence of "refusing to give his name" was convicted and fined $300.00 in one month or serve fourteen days imprisonment. He was also charged with "Escaping Lawful Custody", "Resisting Arrest", and "Indecent Language". For the charges of "Escaping lawful custody" and "Resisting arrest" he was convicted and cautioned. For the charge of "Indecent Language" he was convicted and fined $300.00 in one week or serve one month imprisonment with hard labour.

·         Euclyn Claxton of St. Pauls Village, who was charged with the offence of "Possession of Controlled Drugs" committed on 10^th February 2006, was convicted and fined $1,000.00 in two (2) months or in default serve three (3) months imprisonment with hard labour.

·         Gustavia Francis of Sandy Point, who was charged with the offence of "Indecent Language" committed on 2^nd April 2006, was convicted and fined $300.00 in two weeks or in default serve fourteen (14) days imprisonment with hard labour.

·         Winston Davis of St. Peters, who was charged with the offence of "Driving without due care and attention", was convicted and cautioned for the same.

The following persons were arrested and charged on 6^th June 2006;

·         Cliffett Sutton of Cayon Village was charged with the offence of "Building Breaking and Larceny" committed between 15^th and 16^th November 2005. He was later taken before the District Magistrate who remanded them to Her Majesty's Prison.

·         A thirteen-year-old male juvenile of Market Street, Basseterre was charged with the offence of "Larceny" committed on 28^th May 2006. He was later bailed in the sum of $2,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 12^th June 2006.

·         Jason Gilbert of Dorset Village was charged with the offence of "Burglary" committed on 2^nd June 2006. He was later taken before the District Magistrate who remanded them to Her Majesty's Prison.

·         Darren Henry of Cunningham Village, Cayon was charged with "Battery on a Police officer", "Resisting arrest" and for being "armed with an offensive weapon" the following offences committed on 5^th June 2006 at Cayon.
