BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - OK, so last week SKNVibes PEP spoke to 10 females to find out 10 things about men that grind women’s gears. Therefore, in an effort to be balanced in our reporting, we asked the same amount of men to list the things about women that grind their gears.
Most of the men were quick with their responses; they kept them short and straight to the point.
A very irate Gilbert said it grinds his gears when a woman likes to go through men’s stuff, whether it is phones, letters or emails.
Another man name Chach said, “What really grinds my gears about women is that they gossip too much. They talk about one another and about who doing what and never look at themselves.”
Next was Keith, who said what grinds his gears about a woman is too much jewellery and make-up, while Sil added, “I hate when females act like they're better than other people…that just grinds me to the fullest.”
“Beg for money even if they just met you. I think that is the biggest one for me,” said Andy.
“It really grinds my gears when a woman is always on the phone,” said 30-year-old Tyrone.
In response to the question, popular radio personality Leslie ‘Sugar Bowl’ Morton said, “When women are loud and start to talk like they are dunce.” “Grrrr…that really gets me mad,” he added.
A young man name Toshan said he likes women who are well kept but is turned off when she does not take proper care of herself, nails, hair and toes etc.
One that stood out from all the other responses was D.L, who said what grinds his gears is a woman with an awful scent.
Lastly was Garth, whose response was coupled with an example.
“I really dislike when a woman tries to fool you into doing something; for example, paying a bill, taking her somewhere or giving her money. Ninety-eight percent of the time an intelligent man isn't fooled but he will agree to do it out of genuine like for the lady. When he sees that you are trying to fool him, he'll do it and probably not bother to take the lady seriously ever again.”
