The following persons were arrested and charged between 9^th and 11^th June 2006;

·         Maxine Henry of Newton Ground Village was charged with the offences of "Obstruction" and "Refusing to give her name" committed on 8^th June 2006 at the Ferry Terminal. She was later bailed in the sum of $1,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 12^th June 2006.

·         Enslie Wilkin of St. Johnson Village, Basseterre was charged with the offence of "Incest" committed in 2003 and also with the offence of "Indecent Assault" committed in February 2006.

·         Rosen Prince of Ottley's Village was charged with the offence of "House Breaking and Larceny" committed on 7^th June 2006 at Ponds Pasture.

·         Elvis Maynard of Lower Monkey Hill was charged with the offence of "Driving under the influence of alcohol" committed on 10^th June 2006. He was later bailed in the sum of $10,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 6^th July 2006.

·         Carlos Francis of Bird Rock was charged with the offences of "Driving without a valid driver's license" and "Driving a vehicle while he was not covered by insurance" committed on 10^th June 2006. He was later bailed in the sum of $5,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 15^th June 2006.

·         Tyrone Morton of Thibou Avenue was charged with the offence "Possession of a Controlled Drug" cannabis, committed on 10^th June 2006. Officers of the Special Task Force stopped and searched Morton and while doing so found eleven (11) zip lock bags containing the drug. He was later bailed in the sum of $10,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 12^th June 2006.

·         Everett Byron of Shadwell was charged with the offences of "Battery on a Police Officer", "Resisting arrest" and "Obstruction" committed on 10^th June 2006. He was later bailed in the sum of $3,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 10^th July 2006.

·         Kishawn Peters of The Alley, Sandy Point was charged with the offence of Carrying abroad an offensive weapon committed on 11^th June 2006.

·         Lionel Charles of The Alley, Sandy Point was charged with the offence "Possession of a Controlled Drug" cannabis, committed on 11^th June 2006.

·         Leslie Hazel of The Alley, Sandy Point was charged with the offence "Possession of a Controlled Drug" cannabis, committed on 11^th June 2006.

At the Basseterre Magistrate Court, Michael Hodge of Phillips Village, who was charged with the offence of "Indecent Assault" committed on 20^th May 2006, was bailed in the sum of $15,000.00 to appear at the Sandy Point Magistrate Court on 20^th June 2006.

Darryle Jederon of Lower Market Street, Basseterre who was charged with the offence of "Possession of a Controlled Drug" cannabis, committed on 7th June 2006, was bailed in the sum of $5,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 12^th June 2006.
