The following persons were arrested and charged on 12^th June 2006;

·         Elroy Cannonier of West Neverson Street, Newtown was charged with the offence of "Obstruction" under the Drug Act committed on 12^th June 2006. He was later bailed in the sum of $1,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 3^rd July 2006.

·         Errol Croft of Dorset Village was charged with the offence "False Pretences" committed on 4^th March 2006.

 
~~Adz:Left~~The following persons were convicted at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 12^th June 2006;

·         John Francis of Poland Conaree who was charged with the offence of "Insulting Language" committed on 27^th January 2006 was convicted and sentenced to three (3) weeks imprisonment.

 
·         Jahbal Henry of Cayon Village who was charged with the offence of "Disorderly Conduct", "Abusive Language" and "Insulting Language" committed on 17^th May 2006 was convicted and fined $400.00 in one (1) month or in default serve two (2) months imprisonment for each charge.

·         Korando Otto of Cayon Village who was charged with the offence of "Obstruction" committed on 18^th May 2006 was convicted and cautioned

The following persons were bailed after having been charged with various offences;

·         Kevon Tyson of College Street who was charged with the offence of "Possession of Controlled Drug" cannabis, committed on 1^st June 2006 was bailed in the sum of $8,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 3^rd July 2006.

·         Leslie Hazel of The Alley Sandy Point, who was charged with the offence "Possession of a Controlled Drug" cannabis, committed on 11^th June 2006, was bailed in the sum of $5,000.00 to appear at the Sandy Point Magistrate Court on 20^th June 2006.

 
·         Keshawn Peters of The Alley Sandy Point, who was charged with the offence of "Carrying abroad an offensive weapon" committed on 11^th June 2006, was bailed in the sum of $5,000.00 to appear at the Sandy Point Magistrate Court on 20^th June 2006.

Lionel Carty of The Alley Sandy Point, who was charged with the offence of "Possession of a Controlled Drug" cannabis, committed on 11^th June 2006, was bailed in the sum of $5,000.00 to appear at the Sandy Point Magistrate Court on 20^th June 2006.
