DIEPPE BAY, ST.KITTS, Sept. 8 /Beaumont Park/ -- The highly anticipated Antigua versus St. Kitts and Nevis horse racing battle continues with the “Digicel Beaumont Independence Cup” on Sunday, September 19th (Independence Day). So come wave your rag or flag and cheer on the Federation!
All-day adult admission is only EC$10. Children 17 years old and under pay no admission fee. Gates open at 1:00pm. Horse racing starts at 3:00pm.
Win, place, show and exacta betting will be offered on all six Thoroughbred horse races.
Homegrown talents C-Money, DJ “Magic Fingers” Ronnie Rascal, Infamus, King Konris, Nu Vybes Band International and Rolhensha are on the Independence Day entertainment line-up. Local radio personality Junie Liburd will emcee.
Stay after the horse racing for an Antiguan-Barbudan Invasion in the form of Claudette Peters, Red Hot Flames and Tian Winter!
Beaumont Park will feature a Happy Hour with special discount pricing between 2:00pm and 3:00pm. Fans can expect delicious new food menus and beverage selections.
