Charlestown, Nevis - The Nevis under 15 team squad which will participate in the Leeward Islands under 15 tournament scheduled for December of this year, was released last evening.

Coach Staurt Williams indicated that the majority of players within the squad are from the under 13 line up which placed second to Barbados in the recently concluded St.Kitts –Nevis Regional under 13 tournament.  ‘We don’t have a lot of players who are 14 and 15”, Coach Williams explained.  ‘So it’s a natural progression’ he noted.

He further indicated that he and the other Coaches will commence immediate training of the squad and will not wait until the tournament date is near.  As a matter of fact, he is summoning the newly selected squad to a meeting at the ET Willet Park tomorrow Wednesday 22nd Se0ptember at 4pm so that the practice sessions and other related matters can be finalized.
