    Basseterre, St. Kitts - Guyana lost by 15 runs to South Australia in their Group B Airtel Champions League T20 match at the Wanderers in Johannesburg on Tuesday. Replying to 191-6, Guyana ended on 176-7 off their 20 overs.

     

    Captain Ramnaresh Sarwan top scored with 70 off 46 balls as he tried to take the fight to the Aussies. Richard Ramdeen made 35 in his first match, while Steven Jacobs chipped in with 32. It was Guyana’s fourth defeat in the tournament.

     

    South Australia 191 for 6 (Ferguson 55, Borgas 48) beat Guyana 176 for 7 (Sarwan 70, Harris 3-33) by 15 runs.
