BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, SEPTEMBER 24TH 2010 (CUOPM) - Families in the Federation are in for a treat when they attend this Sunday’s St. Kitts-Nevis Defence Force Band Recital at the Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park.

Band Director Mr. Nigel “Lumpy” Williams said the recital as part of the 27th Anniversary of Independence begins at 5 P.M.

He said the Recital will feature the St. Kitts-Nevis Defence Force Band, the Okolo Tegramantine Dancers, King Konris Maynard, the Drum Corps and former members.

“Families are in for a real treat. They will be treated to a variety of music, including Soca, Calypso, Jazz and Country Music,” Williams told the Communications Unit in the Office of the Prime Minister (CUOPM).
