Basseterre, St. Kitts - St. Kitts Department of Culture will be coming into your community in an effort to bring people together using Performing Arts as the mechanism to unite.  SYNC stands for St. Kitts, You, ‘N, Culture—”Together We Can Syncronize Our Community to Improve Our Quality of Life”.
 
As part of the St. Kitts Department of Cultures’ Mission “To utilize culture as a vehicle for generating awareness…and to foster community spirit.”  Members of the Performing Arts society and residents of the community are joining forces to encourage more people in their neighbourhood to become pro-active and get involved to up-lift their community.
 
The St. Kitts Department of Culture is sending the message that when people mobilize their skills and resources by joining and being part of a group it impacts their community in a positive way and by extension fosters self-pride, friendship and cooperation among people that will add value to their personal life experience, and ultimately over time improve society.
