GEORGETOWN, GUYANA (AP): The Caribbean Community will be ready to welcome Haiti back into the regional group at its Council of Ministers meeting in July after a 28-month suspension, officials said Saturday. The 15-member regional group lifted its suspension of the impoverished Caribbean nation earlier this month in response to Haiti's return to democratic rule after elections in February.
