Charlestown, Nevis - Local Tennis Coach, Elton Marcus Hull visited the Charlestown Secondary School yesterday to present outstanding young Tennis players with their cash awards and trophies.
The young players were the most outstanding players during the annual tournament hosted by Hull.
Hull encouraged the players to continue to play Tennis as along with music, it provides the perfect avenue for relaxation and a means to excel. He also implored them to focus on their school work and to achieve as much as they could academically.
The following persons wee presented with awards:
Ronel Archibald—Finalist and second placer overall—He received a trophy and $50.00 EC
Rainelle Arthurton-The champion female player—She received a trophy and a cheque for $200.00 EC
Keron Elliot—The overall winner-He received a trophy and a cheque for $250.00 EC
Headmaster of the school, Mr. Edison Elliot thanked the Coach for his tremendous community work and for his assistance towards the overall development of the students.
