    Trevis Henry of Cayon Village who was charged with the offence of "Unlawful Carnal Knowledge" was bailed in the sum of $10,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 14th August 2006. As a condition of bail, Henry has been ordered to have no contact with the victim in the case keeping at least one hundred (100) feet away from her.

     


    Jermaul Jules and Fitzroy Challenger of St. Pauls who were charged with the offence of "Larceny" committed on 14th June 2006 were bailed in the sum of $5,000.00 each to appear at the Sandy Point Magistrate Court on 30th June 2006.

     


    The following persons were charged on 27th June 2006;

     

    · Kalif Flanders of Newton Ground was charged with the offence of "Being armed with an offensive weapon" and "Escaping Lawful Custody" committed 19th June 2006. He was later bailed in the sum of $3,000.00 to appear at the Sandy Point Magistrate Court on 30th June 2006.
     

     

    · Delroy Tota alias "Lucky" of Upper Monkey Hill was charged with the offence of "Possession of a Controlled Drug" cannabis committed on 26th June 2006. Tota along with four juveniles had recently been charged with the offence of Robbery committed on 23rd June 2006.

     



    ~~Adz:Right~~At the Sandy Point Magistrate Court on 27th June 2006, Javid Thomas of Cayon who was charged with the offence of "Driving without due care an attention" was convicted and fined $800.00, to be paid in two (2) weeks or serve three (3) months imprisonment with hard labour.
