BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – EXCITEMENT blossomed at the Victoria Road Pre-School this morning (OCT. 29), as the children attended classes dressed in costumes for their first ever ‘Who Am I’ Costume Day.

According to Diane Mc Sheen, a teacher at the school, they always try to engage the children in a number of activities but this has been the first of its kind.

Later today, the children will participate in a modelling show to display their costumes and say who they are.

Mc Sheen said they also have hopes of making this an annual event on the school’s calendar.

Many children were dressed as princesses while others wore costumes depicting doctors, construction worker, cheerleader, ladybugs and soldiers.

The teachers also got in on the fun as one of them played the role of a police officer, another as a school girl, one as a clown and another as an artist.
