Customers conducting business at any Cable & Wireless office on Friday 30th June will be treated to refreshments and giveaways in celebration of Customer Appreciation Day.
Each year, the telecommunications provider sets aside time to go the extra mile to show its gratitude and appreciation to customers for their continued business, loyalty and support.
Manager of Customer Services, Ms. Lynne Lanns indicated that this year no efforts were spared to ensure that customers enjoy their day.
"We've created a very relaxing atmosphere befitting the occasion to honour our customers, and we hope as many customers that can make it would stop by and be delighted."
Ms. Lanns added that although all customers would be recognized for visiting, those zeroing their account balance would be treated to an extra surprise.
Items reflecting the theme for the Day Cable & Wireless CARES will be shared with customers over the course of the day.
~~Adz:Right~~A new feature that has been added to this year's celebration is the customer visits by staff of the Networks Department who would call on a number of business customers and present them with gift items.
As many of the company's business customers do not normally have the opportunity to interact with the Networks staff who work behind the scenes, it was felt that this would be a good chance for information exchange.
Account Managers would also present gift items to those businesses whose accounts they service.
