·         Troy Chumney of Upper College Street was charged with the offence of "Disorderly Conduct" by making noise "Threatening Language" and "Assault" committed on 30^th June 2006. He was later bailed in the sum of $3,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 3^rd July 20006.

·         Jason Gilbert of Dorset Village was charged with the offence of "Wounding with Intent" committed on 24^th June 2006. He was later remanded to Her Majesty's Prison.

·         A seventeen-year-old male juvenile of John England was charged with the offence of "Wounding with Intent" committed on 27^th June 2006. He was later bailed in the sum of $1,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 17^th July 20006.

·         Ishan Huggins of Ottley's Village was charged with the offence of "Wounding" committed on 30^th June 2006. He was later bailed in the sum of $5,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 10^th June 2006.

On 30^th June 2006 the following persons were convicted at the Sandy Point Magistrate Court:

Arthur Henderson of Conyers Village, who was charged with the offence of "Larceny" and "Malicious Damage" committed on 12^th June 2006, was convicted and sentenced to serve two (2) months imprisonment for the charge of "Malicious Damage". For the first charge he was convicted and cautioned and ordered to pay compensation of $500.00 in two months or in default serve two (2) months imprisonment.
