Charlestown, Nevis - The Projects team aka PJ’s continued their winning ways in the Malcolm Guishard Basketball league when they blew out the CSS Black Mambas 119 to 30 on the evening of Wednesday 17th November at the Church Ground Basketball court.
For the PJ’s: Everson Webbe scored a game high 50 points; 9 rebounds; 2 assists; Carvin Smith 22 points; 17 rebounds; six assists; Vance Allen 2 points; 2 rebounds; four assists.
For CSS: Mervin Hercules fourteen points; 7 rebounds; 1 assist; Allister Usher four points; 7 rebounds; 1 assist; Cheslyn Hutton 10 points; 1 rebound.
The rain affected game from Sunday fourteenth November between CG Rebels and Craddock Road, was also set to be played that same night but the Craddock Road team failed to show and thus lost out to the champion team. The Referee required one shot to seal the deal and Jennerson France obliged with a three pointer.
