The Nevis Cricket Association is expressing condolences to the family of the late George Maynard of Craddick Road. The late well known businessman leaves to mourn seventeen children one of whom is the hard working Kelvin Archibald who is a member of the Nevis Cricket Association executive.

Cricket chief on Nevis Ronald Powell in expressing condolences noted that ‘Kelly’ has acquired the hard working attributes of his father and has been a stalwart in organizing events for the Nevis Cricket Association.  “Whether it is female cricket, under thirteen’s, under nineteen’s, the Nevis senior team or a regional fixture, ‘Kelly’ has always been in the fore front when there is work is to be done,” noted Powell.

Powell further indicated that a full contingent of his executive and the cricketers on Nevis will be attending the funeral service which has been set for Monday afternoon of next week at the Charlestown Methodist church.
