    The Achiever Sports Club completed their first Ian Naismith top 4 Federation high School Basketball Championship. On Friday the 10th Dec, the two high schools from Nevis went over to take on the two top High schools in St.Kitts in two basketball games. In the first game, over the weekend.  The Charles. E. Mills High School came up against the Gingerland High School and the half time score was 40 to 26 in favour of C.E.M.H.S. The Gingerland High School never got a chance to get back in the game and the final score ended 75 to 49

    In the second game that same evening the Basseterre High School came up against the Charlestown Secondary School at the half the scores were  B.H.S 27 and Charlestown Secondary School 25.The scores were close right down to the end but the Charlestown team held on to win 69 to 67.

    On the Saturday night the 11th Dec, B.H.S came back out to play and looked more comfortable taking down the Gingerland team to a final  score 66 to 53

    On Saturday  in the second game the Champions and second place teams  were decided. The C.E.M.H.S took on the Charlestown Secondary School and at the half the scores were 44 to 24 to C.E.M.H.S. For every run in the game that Charlestown made the C.E.M.H.S team had and answer. The final score ended 82 to 61 in favour of the C.E.M.H.S.

    At the end of the Second night the results were as follows:

     

     
    The Charles. E. Mills High School is now the Champions in the first Ian Naismith top 4 Federation High Schools Championship.

     


    The Charlestown secondary School is now the Second place winner.

     


    Mr. Gejae Jeffers is now the first Most Valuable Player coming out for the C.E.M.H.S team for his all around play on both nights.

     


    Mr. Kadel Hodge is now the first Most Discipline team player trophy winner out of the  Nevis C.S.S team
