(Basseterre, St. Kitts) Tuesday 11th July 2006, Mrs. Hulda Lawrence School of music had its 25th Pianoforte concert at the Wesley Methodist Church.
Mrs. Lawrence has impacted on the lives of hundreds, of maybe thousands, of young musicians in the federation, and the concert is one avenue through which the talents of her students are showcased.
The night was filled with piano solos, songs and laced with other instruments.
Among those who attended were the Prime Minister Hon. Denzil Douglas, Deputy Prime Minister Hon. Sam Condor, His Excellency Ambassador Walford Gumbs and the Managing Director of the St. Kitts - Nevis Anguilla National Bank Mr Lawrence.
The audience was packed with very supportive parents and guardians.
Proceeds from the concert were donated to a youth organization.
The Lawrence School of music has been contributing to churches in the federation over the pass years.
Mrs. Lawrence congratulates all students who have worked hard to reach an outstanding point in their musical life.
