CHARLESTOWN, Nevis – FOUR young men are currently nursing gunshot injuries at the Alexandra Hospital, Nevis following a drive-by shooting last night (Dec. 23) in Rawlins Village, Gingerland.

Information reaching SKNVibes states that Kenneto Browne (18) of Brown Hill, Rondell Chapman (16) of Rawlins Village, Najee Morton (19) of Hermitage Village and 21-year-old Kaeel Fyfield of Zion Village were shot last night just after they had finished playing a game of tennis on the roadway in Rawlins Village.

Information further states that on completion of the game, the four young men were hanging out at their normal ‘liming’ spot - ‘The Red Gate’ – when a white car drove by and its occupants opened fire on them.

The incident occurred at about 9:30 p.m. and the victims were transported to the Alexandra Hospital, where they were treated for their injuries and are currently warded.

When contacted, Acting Divisional Commander Inspector Hilroy Brandy confirmed the shooting incident and indicated that investigations are ongoing.

This media house has however learnt that an individual is assisting police with their investigations into the matter.
