·         Nigel Walters Sweeney of Basseterre who was charged with the offence of House Breaking and Larceny committed on 21^st May 2006 was granted bail in the sum of $10,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 14^th August 2006. Sweeney has also been ordered to hand over all of his travel documents to the court and report to the Basseterre Police Station between 06:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

·         Clarence Samuel of Saddlers Village who was charged with the offence of Larceny committed between 2^nd and 4^th July 2006 was granted bail in the sum of $7,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 21^st July 2006.

·         Rosen Prince of Ottleys Village who was charged with the offence of "House Breaking and Larceny" committed on 7^th June 2006 was committed to stand trial at the September 2006 Criminal Assizes.

·         Travis Hope of Tabernacle Village who was charged with the offences of "Battery" and "Indecent Language" committed on 22^nd February 2006 was convicted and sentenced to forty (40) hours of community service at the Tabernacle Police Station to commence on 20^th July 2006.

·         Joseph Charles of Back Way, Sandy Point who was charged with the offence of "Escaping Lawful Custody" committed on 8^th April 2006 was convicted and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service to commence on 17^th July 2006 and completed by 11^th September 2006. On a charge of "House Breaking and Larceny" committed on 6^th April 20006 he was convicted and ordered to pay compensation in the sum of $400.00 in three (3) months or in default serve one (1) month imprisonment.

The following persons were arrested and charged between 14^th and 16^th July 2006;

·         Phillip Francis of Basseterre was charged with the offence of "House Breaking and Larceny" committed between 13^th and 16^th January 2006.

·         Nineteen year old (19) Ishawn Wilkes and a seventeen (17) year old male juvenile both of Keys Village were charged with the offence of "Wounding" committed on 12^th July 2005. They were later bailed in the sum of $1,000.00 each to appear at the District A Magistrate Court on 17^th July 2006.

~~Adz:Right~~·         Jermaine Carey of Tabernacle Village was charged with two counts of the offence "Being Armed with an Offensive Weapon" committed on 13^th and 18^th January 2006. He was later bailed in the sum of $5,000.00 to appear at the District B Magistrate Court on 11^th September 2006.

·         Glenn Christmas of Sheppard Street, Newtown was charged with the offence of "Larceny" committed between 13^th and 14^th July 2006 at Port Zhante.

·         Leon Samuel of Ottleys Village was charged with the offence of "House Breaking and Larceny" committed on 29^th June 2006 at Pitcairn Street, Newtown.

At the Basseterre High Court on 12^th July 2006, Cavin Grant, Ian Liddie and Venroy Hazel who were all indicted on a charge of "Robbery" were all acquitted by a jury of their peers.
