·Nigel Walters Sweeney of Basseterre who was charged with the offence of House Breaking and Larceny committed on 21st May 2006 was granted bail in the sum of $10,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 14th August 2006. Sweeney has also been ordered to hand over all of his travel documents to the court and report to the Basseterre Police Station between 06:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
·Clarence Samuel of SaddlersVillage who was charged with the offence of Larceny committed between 2nd and 4th July 2006 was granted bail in the sum of $7,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 21st July 2006.
·Rosen Prince of OttleysVillage who was charged with the offence of "House Breaking and Larceny" committed on 7th June 2006 was committed to stand trial at the September 2006 Criminal Assizes.
·Travis Hope of TabernacleVillage who was charged with the offences of "Battery" and "Indecent Language" committed on 22nd February 2006 was convicted and sentenced to forty (40) hours of community service at the Tabernacle Police Station to commence on 20th July 2006.
·Joseph Charles of Back Way, Sandy Point who was charged with the offence of "Escaping Lawful Custody" committed on 8th April 2006 was convicted and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service to commence on 17th July 2006 and completed by 11th September 2006. On a charge of "House Breaking and Larceny" committed on 6th April 20006 he was convicted and ordered to pay compensation in the sum of $400.00 in three (3) months or in default serve one (1) month imprisonment.
The following persons were arrested and charged between 14th and 16th July 2006;
·Phillip Francis of Basseterre was charged with the offence of "House Breaking and Larceny" committed between 13th and 16th January 2006.
·Nineteen year old (19) Ishawn Wilkes and a seventeen (17) year old male juvenile both of Keys Village were charged with the offence of "Wounding" committed on 12th July 2005. They were later bailed in the sum of $1,000.00 each to appear at the District A Magistrate Court on 17th July 2006.
~~Adz:Right~~·Jermaine Carey of TabernacleVillage was charged with two counts of the offence "Being Armed with an Offensive Weapon" committed on 13th and 18th January 2006. He was later bailed in the sum of $5,000.00 to appear at the District B Magistrate Court on 11th September 2006.
·Glenn Christmas of Sheppard Street, Newtown was charged with the offence of "Larceny" committed between 13th and 14th July 2006 at Port Zhante.
·Leon Samuel of OttleysVillage was charged with the offence of "House Breaking and Larceny" committed on 29th June 2006 at Pitcairn Street, Newtown.
~~Adz:Left~~ At the Basseterre High Court on 12th July 2006, Cavin Grant, Ian Liddie and Venroy Hazel who were all indicted on a charge of "Robbery" were all acquitted by a jury of their peers.
