Two boys on Christmas Day, two girls on Boxing Day

    BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, DECEMBER 28TH 2010 (CUOPM) – Two boys were delivered on Christmas Day and two girls on Boxing Day at the Maternity Ward at the Joseph N. France General Hospital on St. Kitts.

     

    There were no births recorded at the Mary Charles Hospital and the Pogson Medical Center on St. Kitts and the Alexandra Hospital on Nevis.

     

    The first Christmas Day baby was born in the afternoon to Gundo Field, St. Peter’s resident, Lavincia Cabey. She gave birth at 12:40 p.m. to a bouncing baby boy. The baby, yet unnamed weighed 5 pounds and 4 ounces.

     

    At 8.30 p.m. on Christmas Day, Vanessa Rawlins of Main Street, Newton Ground gave birth to 8 pounds 9 ounces, Jahquan Videl Rawlins. The proud father is Asaph Fidel Battice.

     

    On Boxing Day (December 26th), 7 pounds 10 ounces, Jania Brianna Shakela Nisbett, was born to Latesha Nisbett of Palmetto Point. Jania was born at 3:07 a.m.

     

    At 3:40 a.m., Millionaire Street, Haynes Smith residents Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Harris, became the proud parents of a baby girl.

     

    All the mothers are doing fine.
