BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – A capacity crowd turned out last night (Dec. 28) at the Sugar Mill to witness Miss National Bank Iantavian Queeley winning four of the five judged segments to be crowned the 2010/2011 National Carnival Queen.
In the First Runner-up position was Miss Development Bank Abigail Liburd while Miss LIME Judy Duport was adjudged Second Runner-up.
