CHALRESTOWN Nevis, January 31st 2011 - CCC Bath United dished out a surprise defeat to Legend Cup champions, Brand Slybo Stoney Grove Strikers.  This as the action continued in the Nevis Football Association’s local league, last evening at the ETW Park.

At half time the score line was one goal-all  with Dale Farrell scoring for Bath in the 41st minute and Kester  Evans equalizing for Stoney Grove in the  45th minute.

The intense battle continued right up to the final whistle as both teams made several attempts at the goal.

However, Dale Farrel slipped in another goal in the 87th minute when he capitalized on an excellent run through and pass from Curtis Mouton Jr.

Final score: 2 goals to one in favour of CCC Bath United.

Meanwhile, on the previous night, SL Horsfords Highlights beat Villa united 2 goals to nil.

Goal scorers: Allan Ward in the 11th minute and Rovan Queeley in the 58th.
