KINGSTON Jamaica, February 4th 2011 - According to the Associated Press, three-time Olympic champion Usain Bolt of Jamaica will be honouring Jamaican music great Bob Marley at the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London.

Bolt, and the Jamaican track team will be wearing uniforms designed by Marley's daughter, Cedella.

Cedella Marley was contacted by Puma Athletic Apparel, the Jamaican Olympic Team sponsor.

Bob Marley died young at the age of 36 in 1981, but his reggae music remains extremely popular today.

Cedella, named after Bob's mother, is a well known Jamaican fashion designer. Among the clothing she has designed in the past is a collection titled "Catch a Fire", named after one of Bob's albums.

Marley also plans to make something special for Bolt that is different from the rest of the Jamaican track team.

Bolt, the face of Jamaican sport, is probably Jamaica's most recognizable sports athlete of all time. At the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing, Bolt won Gold medals in the 100m and 200m races and was instrumental in leading Jamaica to a Gold medal in the men's 4x100m relay.

Bolt set world records in the process. He ran a time of 9.69 seconds in the 100m and 19.30 seconds in the 200m.
