BRADES, Montserrat (February 15, 2011) – One year after the disappearance of local businessman Craig Cabey, the Royal Montserrat Police Force continues to seek information that will assist with their ongoing enquiries.

A statement from Inspector Billy Darroux said “a case review was carried out of the information previously gathered, and officers will seek to re interview witness and search for any new leads.”

Cabey, a married father of three, disappeared after a jet skiing incident on February 15, 2010.  “Despite a sustained investigation that involved several local and regional assets, there has been no sign of Cabey or indications of the nature of his disappearance.

“The police are asking that persons with information contact them on 491 2555 to assist with the investigation.  All information will be treated in strictest confidence,” the statement read.

The family and friends of Craig Cabey are being kept informed of the ongoing investigation and have confirmed that a $20,000 reward is being offered for any information that confirms the circumstances connected with Cabey’s disappearance.
