CHARLESTOWN, Nevis, 22nd February 2011 - The launch and inauguration of the TEA Party style fifth political columnist in Nevis has reached alarming proportions sufficient for us to chronicle and analyse some of their schemes and to expose and warn Nevisians off the dark secrets of this movement.
First the movement came out of a dire need to help the CCM win the next elections. It had as its mantra crime in the forefront and as a selling point of its focus. It started with a few ill-advised marches against crime in the streets of Charlestown. When the marches were going on along came the leadership of the hypocrite party they call the CCM. Watch good the CCM did not and dare not wish it said that they have been led by these Caucasian people who wish to take over Nevis. So the leadership like sly mongoose slipped in the side and they say they are against crime. Crime they wish to say is the number #1 problem in Nevis. They cannot say that the island is not well developed and is going in the right direction with all the social, economic and political developments of the ruling NRP government. They have deduced that the lie of not enough development and progress cannot fly. The care of the young and the elderly along with the geothermal and wind energy development have given them a dose of political hush. What is more the CCM cannot now go out there and tell Nevisians about crime because the said CCM just demitted office and left criminal activity and criminal in its wake.
So here goes! A group of Caucasian people who have been living on the island for same time and who has a few beefs about the decisions of the NRP in government now wish to change the tide. They are very rich and very white. They meet along the coast at a seaside resort every Sunday from 11 am until. One many occasions the entire leadership of CCM has met with them on that said beach resort. The Tea party has wined and dined the leadership of the CCM. We already know that they are a group of unemployed looking a daily bread and for whom a morsel of bread is a welcome improvement from their hard lives. The TEA part has also held a cocktail for the leadership of the CCM on the self-same Friday that the good people of Nevis were celebrating Cherry Gardens. There is also to be a party in honour of Rantley and the Rose. These initiatives are to bring the 300 strong fifth columnists together to familiarise themselves with the “little black boys” and to raise funds for the campaign. On one such occasion there were two contributions of $50,000.00 each. The TEA party is made up of the nouveau riche and famous among Nevisians born in a foreign country.
Let nobody be fooled. Crime is a matter for all of us. These same half-brown hypocrites were always here on Nevis when crime under the CCM was rampant. They like all of us wish to be rid of crime and are doing all in our power to reduce its incidence. Watch good these fifth columnists are using crime to draw attention to crime. In an effort to discredit the government they have advocated not only a bullet but blood be pasted over the Observer every week to further harm not the country but the party in power. I expect in the coming months they will commit their crime and send the police on a wild goose chase while they paste the incidence of pseudo crime all over the internet and on Nevis Politics.com. Criminal activity is to be given a different spin as only people loyal to the NRP are targeted while they of their own kith colour and kin are spared. We shall then see the CCM yard fowls go hooting over the media and the press saying they are against crime and playing the only saviour of the land. People loyal to the NRP are going to be specifically targeted so that they can say to those same people that your own party in government cannot keep you safe. Check out the writings of Kitty and all the sharks in the Observer and see the comments from the TEA party foreigners and you will get the drift. The people of Nevis are then to get vex with the only progressive government in Nevis and throw them out for these mercenaries and their yard boys the CCM.
What then drives the TEA party folks? Do not let them fool you about no crime. They are vexed with the government for a few things. They say the Sea Bridge has disrupted their lifestyles in more ways than one and they wish it re-located from Kades Bay. The NRP government approved this project and the TEA party people saying that there is too light over the Seabridge for their nocturnal and nefarious activities over at Kades Bay. They say these few years they cannot get to bring in their wines and liqueurs along with their steak from the neighbouring islands. They say the police always out there providing security to passengers. They have already ensured that the leadership of the CCM does not use the bridge so they have nursed grudges. The CCM has already given them assurance that the bridge going leave from Charlestown and they can resume their raids on the Kades Bay nocturnal parades. They have another beef. They say they used to pay peppercorn property taxes at the Four Seasons Resort and since the NRP in power they have to be individually assessed and pay like all Nevisians. That assessment has made them put their hands in their pockets. It has hit them hard. The rick and the famous are five times harder to pay that the meek and the mild. The TEA party also say that some local people are living in too much luxury and too close to them. They wish a zoned platform with entrance requirements and pedigree. They accused NRP and Parry of wanting to elevate the local bare foot Bob to the same material level of the Boasting Brown Bobo. They also wish to manipulate the process by putting their lackeys in office so that they can control real estate and property management on the island. The CCM has vowed to cancel the requirement of a licence for these services so that all their friends and loved ones can come in a rake profits to the detriment of the local boys. The TEA party has their agenda. Nobody from a foreign white country going come here to pontificate about crime just so leaving behind where they come from some of the most heinous crimes. They wish to smear everything across our papers and say nothing of the crimes where they come from.
Finally the TEA party want secession. They say with Douglas in St. Kitts they cannot do as they like in Nevis. They remember a Labour Leader from the same village and what he did to them in the 70’s. They simply dare do not trust him. They say with Douglas and Parry knocking it off so good they see no hope for them in the NRP impending victory. There is yet another twist to these warped but smart minds. They have already concluded that nobody in their right minds going put back a man in office who has been there for fourteen years in recent times. They say they are working with the white horse man. They say the marshal has shown that he cannot contain crime so that he has to go. They say that people including themselves are fed up and unaccustomed to leaders in office too long. When it was pointed out that the CCM convention did not endorse their shepherd boy on his horse but chose that tired old horse that should have been put out to pasture they hatch a scheme for that too. They have been asking about the commission of inquiry as the final nail in the marshal’s coffin. They say they expect that to come on stream and show up so much filth and corruption that the CCM leader will have to give in. That is why the party in honour of the White Horse Rider has not yet happened. After the Commission of Inquiry and the next crime march the CCM will convene a special convention to do the handing over ceremony. Funds from the TEA Party have already been seeping into the body politic with a down payment of $1,000.00 for each vulnerable voter. The members of the TEA party have concluded and stated that Vance and Mark cannot work together for the development of anything on Nevis. They can only work together for the destruction of NRP, The White Horse Rider will finally get his way and the TEA party will ram havoc and rule supreme in this fair land. The TEA Party and the opposition are the same. CCM is not even in the column they are using their fifth columnist smarting under the guise of fighting crime to further their own ends on Nevis. Nevisians the price of freedom is eternal vigilance. Nevis is still for Nevisians. Oh the TEA Party members play golf they are heading for the 18th Tee.
