BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - AFTER being closed for two months, the Lantern in Sandy Point is set to reopen with a bang this Friday (Feb. 25) with the annual clash of the DJs dubbed ‘Four The Hard Way’.

According to owner Kenrick Isaac, the nightspot was closed for renovations and would see its reopening with an after party following the Charles E. Mills Secondary School Sports along with the 8th  annual clash of the DJs.

Although the clash is not a competition, four DJs will faceoff playing tune for tune to take the shine for the night and walk away with the respect of patrons.

The four DJs are: the internationally acclaimed Tombstone; the 10-year-old veterans, Guinness Evolution; the lone female DJ of the Federation, Sweet Sister Sensia; and the energetic DJ Yardy.

The gates open at 8:00 p.m. with $10 to get patrons inside before 10:00 p.m., where prizes would be up for grabs along with a happy hour on Guinness.

The Lantern, which is located in Millard Street, Sandy Point, has been providing entertainment for patrons of that village and its surrounding environs for the past 10 years.
