CHARLESTOWN Nevis, February 24th 2011 - The St.James’ Primary School held its annual cross country events yesterday as they warmed up for their big Sports meet on March 8th.

The ultimate stars of the day were: Shanya Taylor in the junior girls; Aizorre Griffin in the junior boys; Corencia Hamilton in the senior girls and Tah-J Liburd in the senior boys.

The route for the juniors saw the athletes leaving the school, running to the Butlers Health Center and returning to the school.  The seniors started on the same route but went past the Health center into the village and back to the school.
