CHARLESTOWN Nevis, March 14th 2011 - The little tots at the Inez France Pre School certainly turned quite a number of heads and held up traffic momentarily as they featured in their school’s cross country events.
Quite a number of Parents and other family members, showed up to scream and cheer their children on Friday 11th March.
The accustomed seaward route towards Paradise Beach was abandoned this year due to gross deterioration and they opted for the main road instead.
The older boys and girls started in the vicinity of Billy O’Loughlin residence, while the younger children started a few meters closer to the school.
The top individual results were not immediately available but at the end of the races, the overall points for the houses at the school were:
Green House: 103
Orange house: 99
Red house: 87
The school will hold its annual sports meet on Thursday 17th March at the school grounds.
